This programme runs over four sessions. The sessions are usually held on consecutive weeks and you will learn practical tools to help you with your weight loss, and with help of CBT, we will address any emotional factors that may have contributed to your weight gain. We'll also be using hypnotherapy to help replace old habits with new positive ones.
I'll also ask you to record certain aspects of your eating habits so you can be very aware of your achievements along the way!

You have probably heard many times about eating from a smaller plate and this is a brilliant way of cutting your portion size down. All goes well until you make an amazingly delicious looking meal.
Put any extra plates in the garage, in the loft, completely out of sight, and you will find that in a few days your small plates become your normality.
As well as a small plate, shrink your cutlery. Swapping your normal fork for a smaller one will help you to eat slowly because you will be putting smaller amounts of food into your mouth.
If you think of your meal as a garden and your fork is a garden rake, if you had a large rake to rake your garden it would be raked in no time. But with a small rake it will take longer to do and you will stop when you have had enough.
Most of us have a cupboard where we keep our stash of goodies, a cupboard where we go to if we want a reward or perhaps if we have had a bad day, to make us feel better.
What we are searching for is a feeling, so try changing the use of the goodie cupboard for something that gives us a good feeling. This could be anything you like – pampering products, art cupboard, hobby cupboard.

Your first session will last approximately 50 minutes and will be a mixture of talking and working with the appropriate therapy - Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, or BWRT.
I'll always give you something to take away, whether that's a relaxation recording or self-help tools that you can use or practice in between sessions...
If follow up sessions are needed, we'll discuss your progress so far and then continue with the appropriate therapy.
Depending on what is being worked with, it can normally take between 1 and 4 sessions to get your desired results which will be discussed in your initial consultation
It normally takes 4 session for weight loss but this can be less, depending on each client's individual needs.
Each session costs £65 and there are normally 4 sessions.
Payments can be made by bank transfer - cash or card payments can be taken for face-to-face sessions.
After your hypnotherapy sessions have finished, you'll have the knowledge, skill and practical tools, such as: weight loss recordings, self-hypnosis and food diary, to take away with you.
These tools will enable you to continue your weight loss journey until you reach your goal and then to maintain your weight ongoing.
